Nancy Yuan Jewelry — Shipping Policy

Orders placed on nancyyuanjewelry.com will ship within 3–5 business days from the day they are placed. Please be aware of this processing time when selecting your shipping option. Nancy Yuan Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care.

All shipments are fully insured and tracking numbers are provided. Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved. For orders shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require additional verification.

SHIPPING RATES

• UPS Ground: Free

• UPS 2nd Day: $20 (2 business days)

• UPS Overnight: $35 (overnight if order is placed before 12:00 noon PST)

* Additional shipping time may apply for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Packages are shipped and delivered Monday–Friday only. Nancy Yuan Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for any UPS shipping delays.

• We ship within the United States only.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable or "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the following:

• Original shipping cost: Any shipping fees incurred on the original shipment (including free shipping orders, where the actual carrier cost will be charged).

• Return shipping cost: The cost of the package being returned to us by the carrier.

• Re-shipment cost: If you would like the order re-sent, you will be charged the applicable shipping rate for re-delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nancy Yuan Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to customer error.

ORDER VERIFICATION

Some orders may require additional verification. For your protection, our team may contact you by email or phone to verify your order. If we are unable to reach you, shipping delays may occur.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Lost or stolen packages: Nancy Yuan Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

• Holiday/peak season delays: During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

• Damaged in transit: All shipments are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage so we can file a claim on your behalf.
