We want you to love your piece. If it isn't quite right, we're here to help — simply and kindly.
14 Days to Decide You may return or exchange your jewelry within 14 days as long as it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Full priced items — Full refund to your original form of payment
- Sale or discount code items — Store credit issued
Please note that refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your item, but may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Final Sale Items Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sending Your Piece Back You'll be responsible for return shipping. Once your item is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund or exchange within 1–3 business days.
A Few Gentle Notes
- We can't accept items that show signs of wear.
- We reserve the right to decline returns not sent back in original condition.
- If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days with a photo. We'll repair or replace it and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
