We use all precious metals, so that your pieces will last! We use either 925 Sterling Silver, 24KT Gold Plating over Sterling Silver or solid 18KT Gold.

There is no brass and gold/silver filled used in our products, so you won't have to worry about turning your finger green or pieces fading away. Our pieces are sturdy, solid and real.

18KT Gold: Is durable and won't tarnish, but can endure scratches and look dull simply from every day wear and tear.

Sterling Silver: The luster of Sterling Silver will oxidize over time. This is due to a few natural and unnatural factors such as

• Sulfur in the Air: A very common element in the air, soil, and many products. 
• Humidity: Silver is more likely to tarnish in humid environments. 
• Chemicals: Unnatural chemicals in lotions, soaps, and other products can react with silver. 
• Our Skin: The acidity of your skin can cause silver to tarnish. 

But luckily there are a few quick and easy remedies that can restore the luster of your silver pieces. Check out our Care Section!

Solid 18KT Gold: Is durable and won't tarnish, but can endure scratches and look dull simply from every day wear and tear.

Sterling Silver: Unfortunately 925 Sterling, does tarnish over time. It can also endure scratches from everyday wear and tear as well.

To Keep Your Pieces Looking New Longer, Here's How to Care for Your Pieces:

• Do not use lotion, perfumes and other harsh chemicals around your piece of jewelry. It can leave residue and tarnish it quicker.
• Take off before going into the pool or jacuzzi. Chlorine is public enemy #1 and can eat away at solder and alloys in your jewelry over time.
• Water, Sweat and the Ocean can touch Solid 18KT and Sterling Silver no problem! Just ensure to dry each piece after getting it wet.
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Use a polishing cloth to wipe gently for shine.
• You can also use sterling silver solution cleaners sold on the market.
• Lastly, you can create a homemade soap and water mix for a quick cleaning. In a bowl add 2-3 pumps of mild soap and 8oz of warm water, soak your piece in for 5-10 minutes, scrub gently with a clean toothbrush, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Absolutely! We understand sometimes the plating may wear off or start to tarnish. So we offer a complimentary first re-plating. After that, each piece or set of earrings is priced below:

• Small: $20
• Medium: $30
• Large: $50

The lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

• New and Unworn: To be eligible for an exchange, your jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Get in Touch: Just send us an email at nancyyuanjewelry@gmail.com to initiate your exchange. We'll guide you through the process.
• Store Credit: Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we'll issue you a store credit within 1-3 business days. This credit can be used towards any future Nancy Yuan Jewelry purchase!

• Shipping Costs: You'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs of your exchange.
• Original Condition: We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests for items that aren't returned in their original condition.

Just send us a picture of the damage for faster processing, and we'll send you a shipping label for a smooth return.
